I live in Columbus and your hours are terrible. Why do you have inconvenient hours? Due to the fact that we have limited staff and resources, we have decided to currently operate Monday-Friday 10am-6pm ET, and Saturday 9am-2pm ET. As our business grows, we will undoubtedly change our hours of operation to better serve you, our customer.
Why are the prices different online, than in the store? In the competitive online arena, many stores are just a big warehouse and a computer. There’s not much overhead with that business model. With our model, that is, a retail store filled with highly educated people, we need to pay these people so that they can support their family. The trade-off with a lower online price is that you not only lose the one on one expert knowledge you would get inside of the store, but after shipping and taxes (where applicable) the price difference isn’t that great. You choose.

I got my stuff but I need a different size. What’s your return policy? There’s nothing worse than ordering a product only to find that when it arrives, it doesn’t fit. If you’re unhappy with your product and it’s still in sellable condition (read- not muddy, stinky, or torn), we will be more than happy to take it back.

Are you guys on Facebook and MySpace? We’re on Facebook…we’re always looking for new friends. We’re not on MySpace, though, that place is creepy.
Why are you guys so awesome? We run the store under the Golden Rule- we treat our customers the way we like to be treated-With honesty, fairness, and respect. We hate waiting in lines, waiting too long for packages, and most of all, dealing with crappy customer service. Our customers have enough headaches (and backaches, and arm aches, and leg aches…), buying their medical supplies shouldn’t be one of them.
Can I have a discount?
Absolutely. When you enroll in the Accident Waiting to Happen Club, you will receive an automatic15% discount on all products (excluding SuperFeet- they won’t let us). Oh, and Facebook friends get a 10% discount. One caveat though, discounts do not apply to already reduced or discounted items. Remember, we still need to feed our families.
